If you require a warranty repair or replacement of your antenna, you must obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number from Dantronics, prior to shipping it to us. If it is determined that your antenna is inoperable and needs a repair, an RMA number will be issued along with shipping instructions. antennas sent to Dantronics without a valid RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you, at your expense.
